Job brief

The online CRM Executive will support the Digital Marketing effort by engaging with the online users of the Social Media Accounts of the client and Doleep Studios.

Job Requirements

 

  • Proven work experience as a customer service, online sales agent or in a similar role of minimum 3 years
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized nature
  • Deep knowledge of Social Media accounts, such as Facebook, Linkedin including sales navigator, Instagram and others
  • Ability to work under pressure with multiple deliverables and strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and follow previously established patterns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to details

Job Description

 

  • Reply to all the comments of online users, like their comments and interact with them online
  • Answer all the queries regarding the product or the service sent via direct messages on Social Media platforms
  • Report the new leads from online social media to the clients, by maintaining and systematically updating a database
  • Periodically receive guidance from the marketing and brand managers on how to position the brand online, while interacting with users
  • Schedule the social media posts to be published on clients’ social media accounts
  • Identify and research new leads online for Doleep Studios, based on the Target Audience definition
  • Network online with potential clients of Doleep Studios, through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms
  • Submit monthly standard engagement reports of social media accounts managed by you
