General Manager


Job Brief

We are looking for a highly responsible, achievement and personal growth focused manager, with strong self discipline and ability to work independently. The general manager will oversee the staff, align and accomplish business objectives. This high executive position does not entail overtime compensation as effective time management is essential.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for the business unit in Egypt
  • Insure the enhancement and implementation of a strategy designed to have the most efficient workflow for the employees and with the highest quality deliverables to our clients.
  • Coordinate the develop of key performance indicators for each job position in the company. Continuously review the KPIs of the staff and make reports.
  • Measure the success of each department by creating and maintaining department KPI system.
  • Closely follow the accomplishment of goals, adherence to systems and structure at place.
  • Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit.
  • Insure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Insure the overall quality of the unit’s offerings to clients.
  • Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
  • Evaluate and advise upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure and talent.
  • Communicate vision, strategy, and results to the unit’s team.
  • Report key results to corporate officers based in Dubai.
  • Establish and oversee the implementation of mandatory training program for all the staff in Egypt.
  • Closely manage the staff, hiring, terminating or training the team members as needed.
  • Handle employee relations in coordination with HR.
  • Attend and preside over meetings
  • Generate and present reports on departmental goals, operations, achievements, etc.
  • Participate in seminars and conferences and update the working knowledge with latest developments in the field.
  • Motivate and encourage employees.
  • Advise on policies and initiatives for retention of the best talents in the company.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Promote company’s mission and values.
